FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: additive is produced from wheat offal fermented with mould fungi. The additive agents are at least one ferment and a mixture of nutritional ingredients for yeast: ergosterol, N-acetylglucosamine, vitamins, nucleic acids and amino acids.
