The crude mixture for making coarse porous aggregate coating contains the following, wt %: portland cement 25.0 - 30.0, urea 0.4 - 0.6, casein adhesive 0.4 - 0.6, quartz sand 23.4 - 33.6, potash 0.4 - 0.6, water 30.0 - 45.0.
