By providing the plurality of clusters (30) arranged in an annular configuration, in a snowflake configuration, or in a single rectilinear pattern, it is possible to enlarge the permitted scope for selection of the ratio between sunlight transmission ratio and electrical generation capability, so that it is possible to obtain enhanced freedom of design for use as a window material.
