PURPOSE: A pressure regulating module of a squeezing nip and an electroless plating apparatus with the same are provided to rapidly plate a metal web through a plating solution and to constantly remove the plating solution impregnated on the metal foil at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A pressure regulating module of a squeezing nip for an electroless plating apparatus comprises an actuator (110), a load cell block (130), a load cell (120), a pressure display part, and an actuator controller (170). The actuator moves a squeezing roller shaft supporting a squeezing roller and serving as a rotary shaft of the squeezing roller to a direction facing a dipping roller or the opposite direction. The load cell block is coupled to the squeezing roller shaft. The load cell is coupled to a dipping roller shaft supporting the dipping roller and serving as a rotary shaft of the dipping roller to transmit electric signals when being contacted to the load cell block.
