Provided is a metal foil electrolytic deposition device in which the surface of the anode plate, on the side thereof furnished with the power supply terminals, is faced toward the outside of the electrolytic bath, and a single-bath design is adopted for the electrolytic bath, whereby it is possible for power cables connected to the power supply terminals to be attached and detached from outside the bath. A window part communicating with the outside of the bath is formed in the bottom panel part of the electrolytic bath, and the anode plate has: an electrolysis surface that, by being attached to the bottom panel part of the electrolytic bath so as to block the window part, faces the cathode drum; and an exposed surface exposed to the outside of the bath. The exposed surface is furnished with a plurality of power supply terminals arranged in a predetermined arrangement pattern, and an annular sealing means for preventing the electrolytic solution from leaking out from the window part is furnished between the edge part of the anode plate and the edge of the window part. The device is equipped with recovery means for recovering the electrolytic solution that overflows from the electrolytic bath, and the plurality of power supply terminals are designed to face toward the outside of the bath through the window part, so that the power cables may be respectively attached and detached from outside the bath. |
