PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device for analyzing a component of fluid which is compensated for aging deterioration and improved in measurement accuracy, and a method for analyzing a component of fluid.SOLUTION: The sensor device comprises: a first sensor (102) for detecting a component; a second sensor (104), disposed adjacently to the first sensor, for detecting a component; and filters (200, 300, and 400) formed so as to block the component from the second sensor. The method includes: a step (602) of detecting a measurement signal (702) having a part specific to a component which represents concentration of a component in the fluid and a part nonspecific to a component which represents at least one trouble action; a step (604) of detecting a reference signal (700) having a nonspecific part; and a step (606) of coupling the measurement signal and the reference signal to obtain a signal representing a component of the fluid. |
