PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric characteristic measurement device which reduces a heated space and achieves high accuracy, a short time, and low costs with a small scale structure.SOLUTION: One end surface of a sample 3 is placed on a lower electrode 15 and the other end surface of the sample 3 is pressed by an upper electrode 17 from above. The sample 3 is fixed by the structure. Thus, the lower electrode 15 and the upper electrode 17 concurrently achieve fixing functions of the sample 3, and it is not necessary to provide fixing means separately. The lower electrode 15 is formed into a cap shape to which a tip of a lower sample holder 41 having a cooling tube 45 therein is attached. |
