PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access authority management system capable of dynamically setting/changing an access authority for respective data to a user depending on the content of periphery context corresponding to information such as a position where a user exists, a periphery environment and state thereof, and semantic content.SOLUTION: An access authority management system 1 comprises a data management server 10 for storing business information 13, and one or more client terminals 20 capable of connecting to the data management server 10 through a network 40. The data management server 10 comprises an access authority determination part 12 for, when receiving an access request to data in the business information 13 from a first user through the client terminal 20, acquiring information on peripheral context about an existence place of the client terminal 20 and determining an access authority for data in the business information 13 on the access request. |
