PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device of a nitrile compound able to cool a liquid in a storage tank efficiently and to keep a liquid temperature in the storage tank uniform, and a storage method of the nitrile compound using the storage device.SOLUTION: A storage device of a nitrile compound has a storage tank of a stored liquid that consists of the nitrile compound, an external circulation line that is connected with the storage tank and is a circulation path of the stored solution, and a temperature control mechanism provided on the external circulation line. A storage method of the nitrile compound has a process for storing the nitrile compound using the storage device.
