THE MANUFACTURING METHOD TO GAIN MINERAL SALT USING FILTER

PURPOSE: A production method of mineral salt is provided to use a filtering cloth for producing salt having a far-infrared radiation function. CONSTITUTION: Deep seawater passes through a filtering layer filled with yellow soil balls or yellow soil carriers, and flows into a reservoir in the foreshore for storing. The deep seawater is naturally evaporated until the salinity of the seawater is 3-5%. The deep seawater is flowed over a salt plate (20) repeatedly for concentrating the seawater into the salinity of 20-25%. The concentrate seawater is stirred to reduce the size of the salt crystals. The seawater is dried to obtain the salt crystals. The salt is filtered with a filtering device (50). The salt plate forms an angle of 2-5 degrees using a filtering cloth obtained by impregnating pozzolan and yellow soil components. The drying process is conducted by flowing seawater over a drying plate (30) while blowing warm air.
