PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for feeding liquid components such as a slurry composed of a dicarboxylic acid and a diol, a catalyst liquid and the like to a reaction system in production of polyester, while preventing adhesion of the liquid components on the inner wall surface of a reaction tank.SOLUTION: When liquid components are fed to at least one reaction tank used for production steps of a method for producing polyester, the steps including an esterification step and a polycondensation step, the liquid components are fed in a gas phase section of the reaction tank and added to a reaction mixture in the reaction tank without being contacted with the inner wall surface of the reaction tank. |
