PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which maintains a performance even under a severe environmental condition.SOLUTION: A solar cell comprises: an electrode which is provided on a light-receiving surface side and composed of more than one layer of metal thin film layer; and a semiconductor layer which is provided on a side opposite to the light receiving surface side across the electrode and electrically connected to the electrode by contacting the electrode. In the electrode, a wiring width of a second electrode layer which is provide on the side opposite to the semiconductor layer across the first electrode layer and composed of one or more layers of metal thin film layers is narrower than a wiring width of a first electrode layer which is provided on the semiconductor layer side and composed of one or more layers of metal thin film layers. |
