PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic paper, and provide a printing device for transferring an image to electronic paper.SOLUTION: A printing device for transferring an image indicating content to electronic paper includes an electronic paper control unit that generates a control signal for transfer of the image and outputs the generated control signal to the electronic paper, a touch sensor that has the electronic paper disposed on its top face and is for detecting a user input command, a touch sensor control unit that outputs a control signal for driving the touch sensor to the touch sensor and receives the user input command detected by the touch sensor, and a main control unit that controls the electronic paper control unit so as to change an image displayed on the electronic paper according to the user input command input from the touch sensor control unit.
