<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for headstanding practice is provided to enable a user to do various exercises and to secure the safety thereof. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for headstanding practice comprises a body frame, a supporting frame(120), a pivot shaft(130), and a seat back plate(140). The body frame is equipped with a horizontal coupling rod and a leg fixing rod. The leg fixing rod is perpendicularly extended from the horizontal coupling rod. The supporting frame is fixed to and coupled with both ends of the horizontal coupling rod and supports the body frame from the surface. The pivot shaft rotates the body frame up and down. The seat back plate comprises a first leveling plate and a second leveling plate.</p> |
