PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation device capable of preventing operation of a base isolation mechanism due to a small quake, at low cost.SOLUTION: A base isolation device 10 includes: a lower part 20 fixed to a floor surface 2; an upper part 30 provided on the lower part 20 to support a manufacturing device 1 from underneath; a seismic isolation mechanism allowing relative movement in a horizontal direction between the upper part 30 and the lower part 20; and a lock pin 40 for locking relative movement between the upper part 30 and the lower part 20. The upper part 30 is formed with an upper through-hole 31 penetrating the upper part vertically, the lower part 20 is formed with a substantially box-shaped housing part 21, the lower part 20 is formed with a lower part through-hole 22 penetrating the lower part 20 vertically and reaching a ceiling surface 21A of the housing part, the lock pin 40 has a rod-shaped shaft part 41 and a locking part 42 provided on a base end side of the shaft part 41, the shaft part 41 is inserted from above into the upper part through-hole 31 and the lower part through-hole 22, and the locking part 42 is locked to an upper edge of the upper part through-hole 31. |
