PURPOSE: An organic thin film solar cell with high efficiency using the surface plasmon resonance phenomenon of metal nanoparticles is provided to prevent aggregation by stabilizing the metal nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode layer and a metal electrode pattern layer are arranged on a substrate. A buffer layer and an active layer are located between the transparent electrode layer and the metal electrode pattern layer. A temporary layer is formed on the buffer layer.
