PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grab-rail arrangement structure which copes with such the problem that grab rails are disposed on the lateral sides of a seat at a distance therebetween and are difficult to grab since a distance from a seat part is separated from the seat part and, at the same time, there has been no protective function for a rear center cover arranged on the seat and the surrounding thereof.SOLUTION: A rear center cover 17 is disposed in contact with the seat edge part 11b and the rear end part 11c of a passenger seat 11 in a tandem seat. A pair of right and left grab rails 12 are disposed to overlap the seat edge part 11b in a plan view and, i.e., disposed to overlap the seat edge part 11b and the rear center cover from above in such a way to cover a part with which the rear center cover 17 comes into contact, a rear part 14c is extended to the upper side of a recessed part 17c and the lower surface is brought into close contact with the recessed part. The rear part 14c covers the connection part of the seat edge part 11b and the connection part of the rear center cover 17 and reinforces the rear center cover 17. |
