The medical catheter (101) has gamma ray detector (102) that is arranged at proximate end of the medical catheter main portion. The gamma ray detector is provided for acquisition of gamma radiation (103) arrived along several incident directions. The gamma ray detector is provided with a photomultiplier. The ultrasonic sensor and optical sensor are provided in catheter main portion. The extendible biopsy instrument is arranged at another proximate end of medical catheter main portion.
