The device has multiple nozzles (14) for discharging powder, which are arranged transversely to the transport direction (18) of the printed products (20), where the nozzles are arranged on a hollow spray bar (10). The nozzle are provided in communication with a cavity of the spray bar. The flow volume flowing from the front of the nozzle in the spray bar is similar to or greater than the sum of the conveyed volume outflowing through the nozzle and the delivery volume in the spray bar of the nozzle.
