The calibration arrangement (2) has a carrier (1) on which a calibration structure is arranged. The calibration structure is provided with calibration standards (3a-3o) and a linking region. A linking dot (7,7') of linking region is provided for coupling a shaft. A shield portion of the linking region is provided for shielding the linking dot on opposite side of the calibration standard and in an extended plane of surrounded calibration standard.
