The exchanger has heat exchange tubes (14a) arranged in parallel and displaced in planes. A lamella packet is pushed by the heat exchange tubes. A medium i.e. water, flows through the heat exchange tubes and another medium (16) e.g. air, flows vertically to a flow direction of the former medium. A lamella (12b) is arranged at another lamella (12a) at an amount displaced in a flow direction of the latter medium, where spacing (S1) between the lamellas is reduced. A cross-section of the heat exchange tubes and a form of the recesses in the lamellas are adapted together.
