The present invention is related to a semiautomatic machine for manufacturing mini doughnuts, used in the gastronomic industry; of the type that includes a hopper with raw material (dough), this latter element being dispensed and moulded by a dispenser and a cutter, which has a hollow cylindrical-shaped fixed counter part, a shaft housing a washer that pushes the dough towards the outlet, the shaft simultaneously housing in the lower portion thereof other cylindrical-shaped piece that fits in the hollow of the fixed counterpart, this process being automated by a moto-reducer and transforming a circular movement into linear, thus being moved upwards and downwards for allowing the dough to be dispensed and moulded, finally the process being finished when the mini doughnut is deposited manually with a cooking utensil into the oil container, which is heated by means of a resistance, manipulated by a thermostat or rheostat, the doughnut being turned over for cooking the opposite side there of, the process being finished with the extraction of the mini doughnut, which is placed in a drainer for removing the excess of grease. |
