PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass measuring device that moves an article and calculates mass of the article from force and acceleration acting on the article at the time of the movement, and can remove the component force of gravity included in output of a force sensor.SOLUTION: In a mass measuring device 100, a control unit 40 calculates mass of an article Q by using a difference in force measurement values of two points obtained by a force sensor 1, and a difference in acceleration measurement values of two points obtained by an acceleration sensor 4 in conjunction with the force sensor 1; and therefore, the control unit 40 does not require reference point outputs of the force sensor 1 and the acceleration sensor 4. As a result, an effect of a variation in reference outputs, that is, an effect of gravity is eliminated in mass measurement; and accordingly, accuracy in mass calculation is improved. |
