PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device that can improve demodulation characteristics in communications by cooperative spatial multiplexing.SOLUTION: A base station device 1 according to the invention comprises a decoder unit 7 which receives a spatial multiplex signal transmitted on the basis of a cooperative spatial multiplex scheme, and demodulates each of signals transmitted by MS 2, 3. The decoder unit 7 comprises a second estimation unit 7b which obtains a transmission path characteristic estimation value of one of the MSs in each reception data signal in a tile on the basis of a transmission path characteristic estimation value of a pilot signal allocated to the one MS in the tile, and the decoder unit 7 is configured to demodulate data signals transmitted by the MS 2, 3. The second estimation unit 7b comprises an estimation coefficient, for each data signal per MS, used for calculating the transmission path characteristic estimation value of one of the MSs in each data signal from the transmission path characteristic estimation value of the pilot signal allocated to the one MS. The estimation coefficient is set to a value corresponding to a position in the tile of each data signal. |
