An integrated microlens array device comprises at least one chip body (100) and a cover body (200). The cover body (200) fits an upper end surface of the chip body (100) and is in close fit with the chip body to form an airtight reaction cavity. The chip body (100) has at least one upper opening portion; the upper opening portion extends downwards along the central axis of the chip body to form a groove (110) having a planar surface; a plurality of microlenses (120) is distributed on the outer surface of the groove (110) at equal intervals, and the microlenses (120) longitudinally penetrate the bottom surface of the groove from the outer surface of the groove (110) to form a microlens array. A microlens array device of such structure achieves high fluorescence collecting efficiency and high detection sensitivity, and the completely airtight reaction cavity formed by the cover body and the chip of the integrated microlens array effectively solves the problem of sample evaporation during the biomedical detection process.
