<p>An exercise assistance tool (1) that has a main body (10) provided with a seating surface (2) on which the user sits and a substantially spherical bottom surface (3). The height (H) of the lowest point of the seating surface (2) is in the range of 100 - 450 mm and a restraining means for limiting slippage of the user's buttocks from the seating surface (2) is provided. The exercise assistance tool (1) is configured to allow inclination of the seating surface (2) in all directions with the bottom surface (3) remaining in contact with the ground when a user is seated on the seating surface.</p> |
