PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate data to a suitable component carrier to improve a throughput.SOLUTION: In a base station 10, an LCH priority extraction part 101 extracts an LCH priority added to transmission data, the extracted LCH priority is output to an allocation CC determination part 102, the allocation CC determination part 102, on the basis of the LCH priority input from the LCH priority extraction part 101, determines a CC which allocates the transmission data, and controls frequency of a local signal generation part 106 in accordance with the allocation result. The allocation CC determination part 102 allocates data having a low LCH priority to a component carrier included in a high frequency band, while allocating the transmission data having a high LCH priority to the component carrier included in a low frequency band. |
