PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high power-saving effect even in a state in which data can be transmitted and received.SOLUTION: An intermittent reception control device 20 controls intermittent reception of communication between a base station device 10 and a plurality of mobile station devices 50. In the intermittent reception control device 20, a control unit 30 generates a DRX parameter which is an intermittent reception parameter, and transmits the generated DRX parameter to the plurality of mobile station devices 50. The DRX parameter includes information about timing to shift the plurality of mobile station devices 50 to an active state in which a signal transmitted by the base station device 10 can be received, and it is common to all the plurality of mobile station devices 50. In addition, a scheduler 22 transmits a DRX command, which is a control signal to forcibly shift the plurality of mobile station devices 50 to an inactive state, to the plurality of mobile station devices 50. |
