PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine which reduces power consumption for drying while preventing uneven dryness of clothing.SOLUTION: A washing and drying machine comprises a rotary drum which accommodates clothing, a motor which drives this rotary drum, an outer tank which accommodates the rotary drum, a housing which supports this outer tank and a drying means which blows warm air into the rotary drum, and it uses a heat pump as a heat source of the warm air. The drying means includes a single blower unit which sucks and discharges air in the rotary drum and a plurality of blowout ports. The plurality of blowout ports include a front blowout port that blows wind from the front side of the rotary drum and a rear blowout port that blows air from the rear side of the rotary drum. During the drying operation, the single blower unit is operated and warm air is blown out simultaneously from the front blowout port and from the rear blowout port. |
