PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange system and a controller capable of highly accurately controlling a control object in a system involving a dead time.SOLUTION: A controller 101 includes a neural network that estimates a temperature after heat exchange of air after a lapse of a dead time on the basis of an input value representing a measured value obtained by measuring a prescribed physical amount before the air heat exchange, an input value representing a measured value obtained by measuring a temperature after the air heat exchange, and an iput value representing a controlled variable, and outputs it as an estimated value. The controller compares the estimated value output by the neural network with a predetermined target value and changes the controlled variable to be supplied to an adjusting mechanism on the basis of the comparison result such that a temperature after the heat exchange of a heat exchange object approaches to the target value. |
