The lamp (10) has two LEDs (12.1, 12.2) with upwardly directed beam directions. A reflector screen (14) is arranged above the LEDs such that the light beams emitted from the LEDs are reflected in a downward direction. A refractive device (16) is arranged underneath the reflector screen and above the LEDs and made of a transparent material. The light beams extend in an upward direction by a refractive structure and do not reach the reflector screen. The light beams are deflected by refraction on a horizontal direction. The refractive structure comprises predominantly multiple oblique pyramids.
