An affect-monitoring system (1) characterized in being provided with: a facial image-acquiring unit (3) capable of acquiring facial images of occupants (101) seated at two or more seating positions of a vehicle; an affect information-acquiring unit (13), which acquires affect information representing the affect of the occupants on the basis of the facial images acquired by the facial image-acquiring unit; and an affect display-generating unit (15), which generates an affect display that corresponds to the affect information acquired by the affect information-acquiring unit.
