PURPOSE: A device and method for controlling the supply of oil between vessels are provided to cut off the supply of oil by confirming the alignment and distance between two vessels using a beam forming antenna. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the supply of oil between vessels comprises a beam forming antenna (210), an alignment state determination unit (220), and an oil supply control unit (230). The beam forming antenna forms a single beam having a preset width and aligns transmitting and receiving beams. The alignment state determination unit transmits a training signal to a second vessel through the beam forming antenna at intervals of preset transmission time and receives a response signal within a preset response time. If the reception intensity of the response signal is more than a preset threshold, the alignment state determination unit determines that oil can be supplied. The oil supply control unit controls the supply of oil between vessels according to the determination of the alignment state determination unit.
