PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fixing strength of bearing sleeve with respect to housing by damaging no bearing performance. SOLUTION: A housing 7 comprises: a first inner circumference surface 7a1 which can process a bearing sleeve 8 in press fitting adhesion in its inner diameter side; a second inner circumference surface 7a2 which is arranged closer to the opening than to the first inner circumference surface 7a1, and can process the bearing sleeve in clearance adhesion in the inner diameter side; and a third inner circumference surface 7a3 which is arranged closer to the opening than to the second inner circumference surface 7a2, and is smaller than the second inner circumference surface 7a2 and larger than the outer diameter of the bearing sleeve 8 in diameter.
