PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure replenishment of lamp oil only with exchange of a closed metal can. SOLUTION: A metal can reception section 2 is formed in a lamp oil reception container 1, and a piercing portion 3 is formed on the metal can reception section for piercing a loaded closed metal can 8. The piercing portion is provided at the position of a specified oil level height of the oil lamp reception container to prevent supply height of the lamp oil from exceeding the specified oil level height. A metal can press tool 10 is provided to prevent the metal can from having backlash. A lamp oil reception volume of a fraction exceeding the specified oil level height of the lamp oil reception container is set to be one is which at least full lamp oil in the closed metal can be sufficiently accommodated. Further, after the closed metal can is again loaded, heating operation is prevented from being restarted unless a lock sensor 21 detects pressing and locking of the metal can be the metal can press tool. Hereby, oiling work is accomplished in clean conditionings without contaminating a hand with oil.
