PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suggest a hydraulic rotating device with less noise and without mechanical wear. SOLUTION: The hydraulic rotating device is constituted so that a cylindrical rotating cylindrical body 32 is rotatably attached, and water 54 with capacity in which the rotating cylindrical body 32 is immersed inside a fixed cylindrical body 31 in which a cylinder axis of the cylindrical body is made to turn the vertical direction; the rotating cylindrical body 32 is further provided with an electric pump 42 which takes the water 54 in the fixed cylindrical body 31 inside, and emits the water 54 with prescribed pressure in the direction around the cylinder axis from an emission port 46 provided on a bottom plate 36 of the rotating cylindrical body 32, meanwhile, a bottom plate 34 of the fixed cylindrical body 31 is provided with a power supply coil 60, and a bottom plate 36 of the rotating cylindrical body 32 is provided with a power receiving coil 64, respectively, a power supply system circuit is provided, which makes between the fixed cylindrical body 31 and the rotating cylindrical body 32 connectionless by electromagnetic induction actions of the coils 60, 64, and power is supplied to the electric pump 42 in the rotating cylindrical body 32 and electric facility 41 by the power supply system circuit.
