PURPOSE: A CSI (channel state information) transceiving method in down link coordinated system and an apparatus thereof can generate aggregated CSI corresponding to a first CSI-RS (CSI-reference signal) and a second CSI-RI. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver (1010) receives a first CSI-RS corresponding to a first TP (transmission point). The transceiver receives a second CSI-RS corresponding to a second TP. A control unit (1040) generates aggregated CSI corresponding to the first CSI-RS and the second CSI-RS. The transceiver transmits the generated aggregated CSI. The control unit generates the aggregated CSI by using a transmission timing at which the aggregated CSI is transmitted.
