Immersion lens and light microscope

The lens (100) has air gap (A1) formed between lens group (G1) and lens (L3). An air gap (A2) is formed between lens (L3) and lens group (G2). A lens group (G3) is located behind lens group (G2) and provided with lenses (L7-L9). The lenses (L10-L12) are present behind lens group (G3) to adjust optical properties of lens to immersion medium. The control unit varies air gaps (A1,A2,A5) for correcting imaging errors between lens group (G3) and lens (L10). The air gap (A4) is formed between lenses (L10,L11). The air gap (A5) is formed between lenses (L11,L12). An independent claim is included for optical microscope.
