PURPOSE: A service registration IP determination system of a PC room and a method thereof are provided to minimize costs and time for inquiring into registration IP information of the PC room by synchronizing an IP database of a game server with a PC room database storing the registration IP information. CONSTITUTION: Registration IP information, which is IP information of a user terminal registered for providing a game service, is stored in a PC room database. An IP database obtains the registration IP information through synchronization with the PC room database. When a game server receives a game service request from a user terminal, the game server compares IP information of the user terminal with the registration IP information called from the IP database to determine whether an IP of the user terminal is registered in a PC joining the game service.
