PURPOSE: An environment-friendly carbide producing device using food waste is provided to use the food waste as fuel, and to prevent the exhaustion of bad smell and dioxin when carbonizing the food waste. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly carbide producing device using food waste comprises the following: a first dehydrating unit(100) compressing and crushing the food waste to remove the moisture; transfer screw(200) for secondly dehydrating and dry-compressing the food waste; a heating unit generating high temperature heat; a carbide producing unit(300) including a carbonizing chamber(310) with a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of a transfer pipe(290), and producing carbide; a condenser(400) for condensing bad smell and volatile materials, including a cooling device using cooling water or coolants; and a cutting unit(500) for cutting the produced carbide. |
