In the preferred embodiment, as shown in the schematic diagram Figure 4 there may be provided an active display device 11 behind a keyboard allowing that imagery displayed by said active display device 11 may be seen from the front of said keyboard 12 and that imagery displayed by said active display device 11 may be updated through software to display and provide an adaptive keyboard to a user, where said keyboard 12 is incorporated with said active display device 11 and where said active display device is one of an "adaptive input device display" described in the claims of Patent Application No. 12/426,848 of the United States of America. In addition to the aforementioned incorporation, it is preferable that an electronic device 13, specifically, a personal computer, be incorporated also, such that an adaptive keyboard may be provided to a user for use with an electronic device, specifically, a personal computer. |
