PURPOSE: An online image transaction service device and a method thereof are provided to supply an image which a user wants to express, to supply a reasonable monetary reward for a created image to a provider, and to prevent illegal plagiarizing. CONSTITUTION: A content collecting unit collects image content online. A content transaction unit provides an online image transaction service. A payment processing unit processes online payment generated in the service with a payment server. An Internet service unit provides an Internet access service to provide an online image transaction service on the Internet. A communication unit performs Internet access communication through a communication network and an image transaction database storing provider information, demander information, image content, transaction information, and classification standard information.
