PURPOSE: A bone regeneration scaffold is provided to promote the attachment and maintenance of osteoblast and to improve the specialization of the osteoblast. CONSTITUTION: A bone regeneration scaffold comprises: a step of manufacturing a polymer scaffold; a step of coating the scaffold with hydroxyapatite polymers; a step of synthesizing fibronectin-osteocalcin fusion protein; and a step of coating the hydroxyapatite-coated polymer scaffold with fibronectin-osteocalcin fusion protein. The step of coating the scaffold with hydroxyapatite polymers comprises a step of dipping the polymer scaffold in a CaCl2 solution and a Na2HPO4 solution by turns and treating the polymer scaffold with a mineralization solution at 35 deg. C for 1-10 days. |
