PURPOSE: A scheduling method in a carrier aggregation system and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce the necessity of continuous monitoring for secondary cells of a terminal, by transmitting uplink (UL)-downlink (DL) setting of the secondary cells through a primary cell whose communication channel is connected to the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits UL-DL setting information about a time division duplex (TDD) frame using a second serving cell through a first serving cell (S110). The base station communicates with a terminal through a sub frame of the second serving cell which is set up by the UL-DL setting information (S120). The first serving cell and the second serving cell are allocated to the terminal. The first serving cell is a primary cell in which the terminal performs initial connection establishment procedure or connection re-establishment procedure with the base station.
