PURPOSE: A mask sheet for manufacturing a semiconductor device and a method for manufacturing the semiconductor device using the same are provided to improve separability by reducing remaining adhesives. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame (20) is prepared. Semiconductor device mounting units (21) are formed in a matrix. A plurality of leads (22) are formed along the outer circumference of each semiconductor device mounting unit. A mask sheet is bonded on one surface of the lead frame by a lamination process.
