PURPOSE: A method for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system supporting a relay and an apparatus thereof are provided to utilize radio resource more efficiently and to perform data transfer successfully, when the data is transferred through a user-relay in transmitting the data to one terminal from a base station. CONSTITUTION: A processor (1313) is connected to a receiving module and a transmission module. The processor controls the operation of a base station. The processor transmits a signal including first data, which is to be transferred to a terminal by a relay, to the relay through the transmission module. The processor transmits a signal including second data to the terminal through the transmission module. The processor receives hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) confirmation response information about the first data transferred to the terminal through the relay from the terminal through the receiving module.
