PURPOSE: A system for examining failure of a call center system using automated response service for voice recognition and a method thereof are provided to enable a coverage manager to perform authentication by making a call from the remote place, and to monitor and examine the call center system where a failure occurs. CONSTITUTION: A failure examining system (100) is connected to automated response service of a call center system as to the examination item of a self failure examination mode among at least more than one examination items. The failure examining system performs failure examination of each server of the call center system. The failure examining system transmits a failure examination signal including corresponding failure examination item information as to the examination item of an external failure examination mode to the call center system. The failure examining system collects the failure examination result of the self failure examination mode and the external failure examination mode. The failure examining system transmits the final failure examination result to a communication terminal of the manager.
