PURPOSE: A very high speed integrated circuit hardware description language (VHDL) program operating method is provided to provide a user interface (UI) environment for easily producing a logical formula program which determines a value of an output port with simple key input manipulation, thereby conveniently changing a VHDL program as necessary. CONSTITUTION: As a VHDL program is operated, a user input waiting state reads a setting file, displays a program tool in a screen and maintains the program tool in the screen (S100). If a VHDL file is selected to open, data of the VHDL file is displayed in the program tool (S300). A source code is generated and a condition of an input port for all output ports is displayed after confirming condition input according to each of the output ports. The VHDL file is stored after confirming a user who completes condition input according to each of the output port (S600).
