<p>PURPOSE: An amino acid ratio detector using triplet hybridization and fluorescence is provided to obtain an amino acid ratio, to classify cells based on the amino acid ratio, and to secure safety using a biological signal. CONSTITUTION: An amino acid ratio detector detects the preliminary ratio of specific amino acids and the ratio of triplets by tagging a fluorescence device at the back portion of the base sequences of a specific triplet. Horse radish peroxidase is used in testing the preliminary ratio of the specific amino acids and the ratio of triplets.</p> |
