PURPOSE: A warm water heater for a foot bathing tub is provided to improve user convenience and to prevent a burn. CONSTITUTION: A warm water heater for a foot bathing tub includes: a body (100) including a cylindrical reinforced glass rod (101), a temperature control unit (102), and a heating unit (103); and a cylindrical protective case which surrounds the body. Water is heated by a middle temperature heating system. The temperature of the heated water is controlled by the temperature control unit. Power supply is automatically blocked when water is heated to 45 deg. C or more.
